There’s also a sense of humor about it: “Who’s building this shit?” the protagonist asks after a ridiculous shadow puzzle – and later you might stumble upon a contract to build this heavily shadow-operated door. Plus, you collect weird themed keys and solve some highly implausible puzzles to keep going, but I think that’s true for almost every survival horror game since Alone in the dark.

All of this, I think, sums up at once Resident Evil 1 and Resident Evil 7 quite well.

while still having room for any other goodies you might find. This fight never feels particularly comfortable, however, as you’re almost always low on ammo and health items, and you’ll need to do some good inventory management to make sure you’re carrying what you need. It’s regularly scary and has more than a few jumpscares, but there’s also quite a bit of combat. The best way I can think of to categorize it is to say that Resident Evil 7 that’s what i imagine Resident Evil 1 would have been as if it had been done today, with no preconceptions about how the series should to be. Despite what you may have thought of the pre-release videos, it’s not a Survive to-ish stealth horror game.
OCTANE RENDER GTX 1080 FULL
This is obviously not an isometric tank control game like Resi 1 To 3, but it’s also not a full blast-fest like Resi 4 To 6. I spent a lot of time trying to figure out what the heck Resident Evil 7 (Where Biohazard Resident Evil 7 to give it its full name, in the odd format, which I’ll never use again) actually is.
